We’ve got a lot of great events happening over the course of Canada Day Weekend 2015, and YOU can be part of the EPIC TEAM that brings it all to life!

If you have ever competed or volunteered at a running event, a swimming event, a cycling event, or a triathlon, you already have skills that we will need for this event, and if this is your first time volunteering, we will train you on everything you’ll need to know.

What’s in it for you? Be a part of the most EPIC weekend of the year! All of our volunteers will receive our 2015 Limited Edition Soft-tech ‘EPIC Volunteer’ shirt (pictures soon on line).  You’ll receive training for the role you are asked to fill, and we’ll be supplying food for volunteers on race day – as well as a huge party in the days following the race. Join us and help us make history with this fourth year of our East Coast EPIC.

If you are interested to help in ANY capacity please let us know below.  We will ensure that you are on our EPIC TEAM contact lists and keep you up to date about our preparations for 2015!

Please select the volunteering shift(s) you are interested in below:

You are able to and are encouraged to select more than one volunteer shift !

In the eyes of the participants you’re a representative of the run.

Race Setup ~ These volunteers will help with setting up the EPIC run events start/finish area and use fencing to mark the run route. Please bring work gloves. These volunteers must be able to lift large bottles of water and other heavy items.
