Race Kit Pickup/Preparation ~ These volunteers will hand out run kits to participants of the EPIC run events. The volunteers may also be asked to assist in Race Kit Preparation for new/late registrations. For most participants you will be the first face-to-face contact with the runners. Your expertise, friendliness, helpfulness and patience will form that critical first impression. In the eyes of the participants you’re a representative of the run. When race kit pickup is complete and the run starts you will be assisting with the Start/Finish area volunteers.

Race Tear Down ~ Great for groups! When it is all said and done, and we have to say good-bye to our great event until next year, we need volunteers to help tear down the start/finish line area. Duties include taking down signs, moving stalls, cleaning trash from the surrounding area. Standing, bending, lifting 25-50 lbs, getting dirty are all required. Also helps if you can drive. when we tear down the Graham's Grove area we have to move the equipment to the Nowlan Street area of Lake Banock for the Epic Kids event and start the set up for that area.
